CALL TO ORDER
Village-President Hansen called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustee Shoemaker, Trustee Mitchell, Trustee Herlihy, Trustee Gaffino, Trustee Herwig, Village-President Hansen.
Not in attendance: Trustee Berman
Presentation of check to VFW memorial wall from North Aurora Arts and Craft.
Sue Adams said the first year they did the arts and crafts show was 1976. It was because of interest in the community that they would like to present $3000 dollars. They allowed it to accumulate, and last year they were able to give the sculpture of the little boy and dog to the library.
Hansen would like to thank the folks from arts and crafts committee for working very hard trying to compose the area and drawings. He said he is trying to target next Memorial Day as a dedication in ‘06.
Police Department Promotions
Village Clerk Lowery swore in Officers De Leo and Buziecki to their new positions.
CONSENT AGENDA:
A motion was made by Trustee Herlihy to remove the May 2, 2005 executive session minutes for minor changes and seconded by Trustee Shoemaker. All in favor. Motion approved.
A motion was made by Trustee Herlihy to consent agenda and seconded by Trustee Herwig. All in favor. Motion approved.
