CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Police Chief Dave Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on FY 2014-15 Draft Budget
Finance Director Bill Hannah provided information on the FY 2014-15 Draft Budget to the Village Board. (The Draft Budget in its entirety is available on the Village website)
The official public hearing for the budget will be held on May 5th with Village Board approval scheduled for May 19th.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Trustee Guethle and seconded by Trustee Curtis to adjourn to executive session to discuss the release of certain executive session minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
