CALL TO ORDER
In Chairman Mike Brackett’s absence, Commissioner Vince Mancini called the meeting to order at 7:39 p.m.

ROLL CALL
In attendance: Commissioners Robert Strusz, Tom Lenkart, Vince Mancini, Bruce Mitchell, Jennifer Duncan, Ed Sweeney and Christopher Faber. Not in attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett and Commissioner Mike Towle.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – March 7, 2006 – Motion made by Commissioner Mitchell and seconded by Commissioner Lenkart to approve the March 7, 2006 Minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
