Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
Attendance
Mark Gaffino, Chris Faber , Dale Berman, Jessica Watkins, Doug Botkin, Robyn Stecklin, Krista Harvey, Crystal Irlandez, Bill Hannah, Jim Laughead, Steve Bosco, Nicole Ferrier, Anise Hesson, Bob Strusz
Approval of Minutes
Motion was made to approve the January 19, 2015 North Aurora Days Committee Minutes.
All in Favor. Motion Approved
Discussion
Mark Gaffino commented on bands, noting the bands are set.
The North Aurora Mothers Club will look into helping with the Band cost for next year. They have some suggestions.
Two local youth bands will begin playing Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
The Emergency Vehicle Parade will start at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7 and will begin at the North Aurora Police Department.
Bill Hannah noted that Sponsorships are up this year.
North Aurora Mothers Club discussed ticket booth layout and selling wine was also discussed.
Robyn Stecklein noted both the Safety Seat Check and Safe Kids are all set.
Jim Laughead noted that the rides are coming together, as well as the game truck.
