Village President Pro-Tem Max Herwig called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

In attendance: Trustees Max Herwig, Paul Shoemaker, Dale Berman, Mark Gaffino, Mike Herlihy and Linda Mitchell. Not in attendance: Mayor John Hansen.
Staff in attendance: Sue McLaughlin- Adm, Atty. Kevin Drendel, Chief Tom Fetzer and Mark Bozik –Fire Department
