PUBLIC FACILITIES COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Trustee Faber called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mark Guethle, Mayor Dale Berman, Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS – None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of the Public Facilities Committee Meeting Minutes dated August 11, 2014
Motion for approval made by Trustee Guethle and seconded by Trustee Carroll. All in favor. Motion approved.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion on Snow and Ice Removal Policy
Mike Glock provided a Snow and Ice Removal Policy to the Committee for review. The committee was in favor of the information in the policy.

TRUSTEE COMMENTS – None
Trustee Faber asked if there is any new news regarding wetlands. Bosco said there was a meeting today and the latest is that the Village is still in the process of deciding whether or not to enact an SSA. Will probably hold off for this year since there are ample funds in the LLC that the Village could draw upon. To move forward, have to know what the Board is thinking as far as moving forward with any possible project on that location.
