CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Interim Village Administrator/Police Chief Dave Summer, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Pete Iosue of Teska Associates, Dan Watson of Rempe-Sharpe.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on 2013 Meeting Schedules for Village Board, Committee of the Whole and Plan Commission Meetings – Change from meeting of September 2nd to September 9th due to Labor Day. Reschedule Plan Commission meeting from January 1st to January 8th. The Board was in agreement with the changes.
2. Discussion on 2013 Meeting Schedules for Committee Meetings – no changes.
3. Discussion on 2013 Holiday Schedule – no changes.
TRUSTEE COMMENTS – None
ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION – Personnel
Motion made by Trustee Gaffino and seconded by Trustee Guethle to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel. All in favor. Motion approved.
