A motion was made by Trustee Mitchell to approve the consent agenda and seconded by Trustee Gaffino. Trustee Mitchell – yea; Trustee Berman – yea; Trustee Shoemaker – yea; Trustee Gaffino – yea; Trustee Herwig – yea. The motion was passed with a vote of 5-0.
