Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Trustee Herlihy and seconded by Trustee Mancini to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of Probable Litigation, Labor Negotiation, Personnel Review and Minutes. All in favor. Motion approved.
