Village President Hansen called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustee Dale Berman, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Max Herwig. Not in attendance: Trustee Mike Herlihy, Trustee Linda Mitchell.
Village President Hansen announced that item 4 would be pulled from the agenda.
