Aspen Court Water Main Improvement Project
This week the contractor completed the testing of the new water main on Aspen Ct.
Next week, the contractor will begin switching over each individual unit’s water service line to the new main.
2025 Road Improvement Project
This week the contractor completed the curb and sidewalk removals throughout the rest of Remington Landing, W. Mooseheart Road, and Hathaway Court. A framing crew has been following the removal crew . The majority of the concrete replacement has been completed in Lake Run Estates and a portion of Remington Landing. They began performing asphalt apron restoration in Lake Run Estates, following the concrete replacement.
No work will be occurring on Monday (Memorial Day). On Tuesday, the Contractor will continue concrete replacement in Remington Landing and then heading to W. Mooseheart Road and Hathaway Ct. The asphalt apron restoration crew will also be continuing next week.

Aspen Court Water Main Improvement Project
This week the installing the water main on Aspen Ct.
Next week, the contractor will be performing the testing of the water main. After the testing passes, the Contractor will plan to begin switching over each individual unit’s water service line to the new main which could begin as early as the end of next week.
2025 Road Improvement Project
This week the contractor removed the curb and sidewalk throughout Lake Run Estates and a portion of Remington Landing. A framing crew has been following the removal crew starting in Lake Run Estates. A portion of the concrete replacement was also completed in Lake Run Estates.
Next week, the contractor plans to continue saw cutting W. Mooseheart Road and Hathaway Court. They will continue concrete curb and sidewalk removals in Remington Landing and potentially later in the week begin removals along W. Mooseheart Road and Hathaway Ct. Notices will be handed out to residences that will have their driveway access lost.
The framing crew will continue to follow the removal crew in the same order the removals were done, prepping the curb and sidewalk for the concrete pours. The concrete pours will also be continuing to follow the framing crew.

Aspen Court Water Main Improvement Project
This week the contractor completed the exploratory excavations on Aspen Ct. On Friday, they began installing the new water main at the intersection of Aspen and Woodland Circle.
Next week, the contractor plans to continue installing the water main along Aspen Ct. from the intersection to the end of the cul-de-sac.
2025 Road Improvement Project
This week the contractor saw cut curb, sidewalk, and aprons throughout the Remington Landing portion of the project and part of Lake Run Estates.
Next week, the contractor plans to continue saw cutting in Lake Run Estates, followed by W. Mooseheart Road and Hathaway Court. They will begin concrete curb and sidewalk removals in Remington Landing on Tuesday and will continue removals in Remington Landing the remainder of the week and potentially late in the week begin removals in Lake Run Estates. Notices will be handed out to residences that will have their driveway access lost.
A framing crew will follow the removal crew, prepping the curb and sidewalk for the concrete pours.

Aspen Court Water Main Improvement Project
The contractor had the street asphalt pavement ground in preparation for them digging trenches for the water main installation.
Next week, beginning Tuesday, the contractor plans to start performing exploratory excavations in the street to verify depths of sanitary service crossings in preparation for the water main installation that they plan to begin the installation of towards the end of the week and into the following week.
