CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Police Chief David Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on FY2014-15 Draft Budget
Minor changes to the draft budget – reduction in expenditures of approximately $10,000 on the IMRF pension side. Budgeting planned for the youth grant revenues of $49,000 on both revenue and expense side. The official public hearing will be held in 2 weeks with Village Board approval scheduled for the 2nd meeting in May.
