CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Laura Curtis, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Village Clerk Lori Murray. Not in attendance: Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steven Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community and Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Police Chief Dave Summer, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Site Plan Review – North Aurora Towne Centre Industrial Building
Mike Toth informed the Board that the plan had gone to the Plan Commission as a site plan review. Zoning approvals were made for this property to be industrial. The plan has been reviewed extensively by Staff, engineers and architects. Toth said that this is a good product and believes the site is adequate. A concern of the Plan Commission was that the building elevations were not available. All of the site plan issues have been addressed and now looking for direction from the Board.
Trustee Lambert asked if the road work would entail two lanes on each side of the road. Jim Bibby said that there will be a 5-lane cross section. Two on the east and two on the west.
Bibby said that the median on the far east end of the project as it approaches Randall Road is intact. At a point 800 feet west of Randall Road is where the reconstruction would begin for the widening project.
Trustee Curtis asked if the rendering of the blue and white building is just a rough concept. Mike Toth said yes.
Trustee Faber noted his concern about the site plan being so vague.
Toth said that Staff would make sure they would review the color palette with Opus Development.
