DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Comprehensive Plan Grant
CMAP has requested more details on how the Village wants to revise the Comprehensive Plan. Village Administrator Steven Bosco asked that the Village Board provide their input.

2. Discussion on Water Tower Repainting
Water Superintendent Paul Young provided specs for new designs on the painting of the water towers in the Village. The Board was in agreement that the example on the far right hand side of the handout (white paint for the water tower and “Village of North Aurora” in blue lettering at the top of the tower) was the favorite.

3. Discussion on T.I.F. Grant Application for 157 S. Lincolnway – Pedal and Spoke
The Board was in agreement to allow the TIF Grant for Pedal and Spoke.

4. Discussion on Driveway Text Amendments
Mike Toth said he would like to further amend the code as it relates to driveways. Currently, driveways cannot be more than 20 feet wide. The Village is looking to bring the driveway into conformance to what is already in place and allowing a driveway to flare out to 30 feet.

5. Discussion on Utility Trailer and Recreational Vehicle Amendments
Trustee Gaffino suggested limiting the length of the concrete in order to avoid having a 25-foot landscape trailer or other trailer in the back yard of a home. Gaffino added that yards are not storage areas. Gaffino said he did not want boats to be visible above a fence.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn made by Trustee Guethle and seconded by Trustee Gaffino. All in favor. Motion approved.

Respectfully Submitted,

Lori J. Murray/Village Clerk
