MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Vince Mancini, Trustee Ryan Lambert, Trustee Laura Curtis, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Wes Kornowske, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community Development Director Scott Buening, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief Dave Summer, Jim Bibby of Rempe-Sharpe.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on Village Owned 5 Acre Parcel Stabilization
Cost estimates for the 5 acre site on Orchard Gateway. The parcel is 900 x 200 feet. Cost for getting the 5-acre site ready would be $47,000. Trustee Curtis asked if the work would be done for a single use. Kornowske said it would not be designed for a specific use. It would be available for civic use. Gaffino said that the site could be used for sports, NA Days and other activities. Direction by the Board was to bring the budget amendment to the March 19th meeting.
Trustee Curtis suggested the possibility of getting a sponsorship to help absorb the cost.

Motion to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing probable litigation and labor negotiations. All in favor. Motion approved.
