PLANNING/ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
JULY 19, 2011

CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 pm
Chairman Duncan called the meeting to order.

ROLL CALL
In attendance: Co-Chairman Jennifer Duncan, Commissioners Andrea Rattray, Mark Carroll, Mark Rivecco, Ed Sweeney. Not in attendance: Commissioners Tom Lenkart, Connie Holbrook and Co-Chairman Mike Brackett.

Staff in attendance: Community Development Director Scott Buening, Village Administrator Wes Kornowske, Village Clerk Lori Murray.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – July 5, 2011
The following changes to the July 5th Minutes were requested by the Plan Commission:
1. First page should read July 5th instead of June 25th.
2. Mark Rivecco noted that he was on time for the meeting. Commissioner Carroll arrived late.
3. Third paragraph, Vibra-Tech was spelled wrong.
4. Under Chris Hogan’s comments, should reflect that Commissioner Carroll commented on the viable status.
5. Under Debbie Garcia’s comments, last sentence should reference commented by Commissioner Rattray.
6. Under Kendall Heatland’s comments, should reflect, “Lafarge then state.”
7. Page 5 – Under Steve Hill’s comments, “Hill asked if they had any plans….”should reflect, “Commissioner Carroll asked if they had any plans….” Both comments by Hill should reflect comment by Commissioner Carroll and not Mr. Hill.
8. Under Patricia Graw’s comments, second to last line should say Commissioner Rattray instead of Graw.
9. Page 7 – Commissioner Rattray stated that she left the meeting at 9:55 (after the Plan Commission discussion after the fourth paragraph).

Motion made by Commissioner Rivecco and seconded by Commissioner Carroll to approve the Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion approved.
