CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Mayor Dale Berman, Trustee Mike Herlihy, Trustee Chris Faber, Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Vince Mancini, Village Clerk Lori Murray.
Staff in attendance: Chief Administrative Officer Wes Kornowske, Community Development Director Scott Buening, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Village Attorney Kevin Drendel, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Police Chief Tom Fetzer.

DISCUSSION
1. Discussion on the Police Facility Workout Room
Chief Fetzer said that when researching the liability waiver for use of the workout room, that there could be a workers comp issue.
The Board was in agreement to move forward with the workout room. The Board suggested the department purchase the equipment and require the equipment be inspected periodically to ensure it is in good working condition. No equipment that is defective would be used until it is fixed.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Trustee Guethle and seconded by Trustee Mancini to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of Labor Negotiations. All in favor. Motion approved.
