Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Ryan Lambert, Tom Lenkart, Bruce Mitchell, Vince Mancini, Jennifer Duncan, Chris Faber and Mike Towle. Not in attendance: Commissioner Ed Sweeney.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – FEB. 5, 2008
Motion made by Commissioner Mancini and seconded by Commissioner Duncan to approve the meeting Minutes of 2/5/08. All in favor. Motion approved.
