In the absence of Village President Hansen, Trustee Max Herwig called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Trustee Max Herwig, Trustee Dale Berman, Trustee Mike Herlihy, Trustee Bob Strusz, Trustee Mark Gaffino. Not in attendance: Trustee Village President John Hansen and Trustee Linda Mitchell.
Staff in attendance: Finance Director Bill Hannah, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Fire Bureau Chief Mark Bozik.
