CALL TO ORDER
Village President Hansen called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustees Dale Berman, Bob Strusz, Mark Gaffino, Linda Mitchell, Max Herwig.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Sue McLaughlin, Management Analyst Wes Kornowske, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Building Commissioner DeWayne Williams, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Village Engineer Jim Bibby, Police Chief Tom Fetzer, Fire Bureau Chief Mark Bozik, Atty. Carolyn Jansens.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Lloyd Roin, 773 Doral Lane, North Aurora – Mr. Roin addressed the Board to request a dismissal of the ticket he received for watering after hours. Mr. Roin explained that he was in the process of fixing his sprinkler system after 9:00 p.m. when he received the watering fine. Village President Hansen asked for direction from the Board regarding the watering fines since he is being inundated with calls and emails. Mr. Roin was informed to pay his ticket. The Board said that if repairs are being done on a sprinkler system, to call and inform the Village so that the code enforcement officer is aware that repair work is being done.
