Village President John Hansen called the meeting to order

In attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustees Dale Berman, Mike Herlihy, Bob Strusz, Mark Gaffino, Max Herwig. Not in attendance: Trustee Linda Mitchell.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Sue McLaughlin, Management Analyst Wes Kornowske, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Building Commissioner DeWayne Williams, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Police Chief Tom Fetzer, Fire Bureau Chief Mark Bozik, Tim Grimm of Rempe Sharpe, Atty. Kevin Drendel.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Veronica Filardi, 774 Kelly Drive, North Aurora – Ms. Filardi informed the Board that she received a $50 fine for watering her lawn at 3 a.m. Filardi asked the Board to reduce her ticket to a warning due to the fact that she was attending to her sick child at the time and forgot to turn off the water. Village President Hansen said that the ticket for the violation would have to remain as similar requests have been brought before the Board in the past. Filardi asked when the Village gives warnings instead of tickets. DeWayne Williams said that warnings have not been given in the past two seasons.
