CALL TO ORDER
Village President Hansen called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

In attendance: Village President John Hansen, Trustees Paul Shoemaker, Dale Berman, Linda Mitchell, Mike Herlihy, Mark Gaffino, Max Herwig.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
Jim Merck, Jewel Middle School 1501 Waterford, North Aurora, IL – Mr. Merck thanked the Village Board for looking into the possibility of having the re-enactment take place at Jewel Middle School. Chuck Roberts and Roberts Armory from Big Rock will be another participant. This group re-enacts the 70th Tank Battalion, which is a United States Army Battalion. They will be bringing a light tank, armored carrier and 3 to 5 soldiers. The 2nd Panzer division will be bringing 10 – 15 men representing the German Army and the United States Army.
Tom Staroske, Aqua Backflow, 977 Elizabeth St., Elgin, IL – Mr. Staroske asked to have an opportunity to provide the services to the Village for the cross-connection control program.
Savas Er, 1901 N. Roselle Road, Schaumburg, IL – Mr. Savas, representing North American Real Estate and the North Aurora Towne Center was present to address any questions that might arise from the Public Hearing regarding the North Aurora Towne Centre signage.
Brett Scharpenter, 118 Lewis Ct., St. Charles, IL, Backflow Solutions, Inc. – Mr. Scharpenter asked the Board if there were any questions regarding the backflow program. Trustee Hansen said that there may be some questions later in the meeting when the item is up for discussion.
