Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioners Andrea Rattray, Jennifer Duncan, Connie Holbrook, Mark Rivecco, Ed Sweeney & Tom Lenkart. Not in attendance: Commissioner Mark Carroll.
Staff in attendance: Community Development Director Scott Buening and Village Clerk Lori Murray.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – August 3, 2010
Motion for approval made by Trustee Duncan and seconded by Trustee Rivecco. All in favor. Motion approved.
