Mayor Herwig called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

In attendance: Mayor Max Herwig, Trustees Paul Shoemaker, Dale Berman, John Hansen and Mike Herlihy. Not in attendance: Mark Guethle.
Staff in attendance: Atty. Kevin Drendel, Sue McLaughlin, Mike Glock, Jim Bibby, DeWayne Williams, Tom Fetzer and Mark Bozik.
