CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 pm
Chairman Brackett called the meeting to order.

In attendance: Chairman Mike Brackett, Commissioner Jennifer Duncan, Commissioner Connie Holbrook, Commissioner Mark Rivecco, Commissioner Ed Sweeney, Trustee Mike Herlihy, Village Clerk Lori Murray, Community Development Director Scott Buening.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – January 4, 2011
Motion for approval made by Commissioner Duncan and seconded by Commissioner Rivecco. All in favor. Motion approved.
PUBLIC HEARING – None
Mayor Berman addressed the Plan Commission to comment that he was very pleased with the Plan Commission’s work and dedication to the Village. Mayor Berman said that he wanted to focus on the Village of North Aurora being a business friendly community.
