CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Berman called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustee Mark Guethle, Trustee Mark Gaffino, Trustee Mark Carroll, Trustee Mike Lowery, Trustee Laura Curtis. Not in attendance: Trustee Chris Faber.
Staff in attendance: Village Administrator Steve Bosco, Finance Director Bill Hannah, Community & Economic Development Director Mike Toth, Police Chief Dave Summer, Public Works Superintendent Mike Glock, Water Superintendent Paul Young, Attorney Roman Seckel.

DISCUSSION
1. Randall Highlands Concept Plan Discussion – The Board was in favor of the concept
plan and felt that the use would be good for the area. The timeframe for the hotel/banquet and townhomes would be two years.
2. Waste Hauler Contract Discussion – The current agreement ends in 2016.
After some discussion regarding the waste hauler, it was decided that the Village Administrator would proceed:
– Go out for RFP
– Allow Companies to provide prices for a 2-day pickup
– Allow Companies to provide alternate prices to eliminate one cleanup program.
– Allow Companies to provide alternate prices to eliminate the leaf program (no free leaf program).
3. Welcome Signs Discussion
The Board agreed on Recommendation B. Village Administrator Steve Bosco stated that the Village has $100,000 in the budget for the welcome signs. The Village is looking at 7 large signs and three small signs to be placed throughout the village. This will be brought back to the Village Board once the bids are in.
