ROLL CALL
In attendance: Trustee Shoemaker, Trustee Berman, Trustee Mitchell, Trustee Gaffino, Trustee Herwig (Mayor Pro-Tem).
Not in attendance: Village-President Hansen, Trustee Herlihy.
Sue McLaughlin introduced Bill Hannah the new finance director. He started Monday and is doing great.
AUDIENCE COMMENTS
George Schramer of 708 Lindsay Court wanted to make a comment on taxes. He compared the districts for 2003, each district increased their taxes by 3%. The North Aurora Fire Department has received more tax money than the rest of North Aurora. He thinks that taxation without representation is clearly present in this situation.
Bill Slaker of 129 South Lincoln Way wanted to say two things. He was looking over Item E and he had a question about the cost calculation. He wasn’t sure where SSA 32 is routed.
Trustee Herwig said they will try to clarify that for him. He also said to George Schramer to visit the Fire Department since the board has no jurisdiction over them.
