1. Approval of Plan Commission Minutes dated August 6, 2013.
PUBLIC HEARING
1. The petitioner, Commonwealth Edison is requesting the following (Petition #13-15):
A) Rezoning of a parcel from ER Estate Rural Residential District to I-2 General Industrial District; and,
B) Granting a Special Use pursuant to Section 17.9.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow Mining Operations and Processing in the I-2 General Industrial District.
2. The Village of North Aurora requests a text amendment to Title 17, Section 13 of the North Aurora Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) relative to driveways. (Petition #13-16).
