Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Mark Gaffino at 5:35p.m.

Approval of Minutes
Doug Botkin made a motion to accept the minutes from April 20, 2015, Jessi Watkins seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously.
Discussion
Bill Hannah stated that he has gotten $22,000.00 in sponsorship, which is ahead of last year. Neighbors of North Aurora will do an in kind sponsor – 1 page of North Aurora Days information.
The garage sale will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, August 6-8.
Jessi Watkins will contact Mark English regarding Basset training for The Mothers Club and Lions Club serving at the beer tent. Volunteers from both groups need to sign up to work the beer tent and check ID’s and wristbands. The wristband will be $1.00 and the money will go to the Village of North Aurora to help with the expenses of North Aurora Days.
Jim Laughead stated that the Fishing Derby cost is $5, not $6. This needs to be changed on the website. The rides are set, always trying to get more. The game truck cost is $1,595.00 and the hours are Friday night 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., and Saturday night is 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
The bands are all set for both evenings.
The Emergency Vehicle Parade will be leaving from the North Aurora Police Department. Will be avoiding the toll way intersection this year.
Chris Faber stated that the race is status quo.
Robyn Stecklein stated that Safe Kids has changed to the Kane County Safety Coalition, and will be heading up the safety day as planned.
The next meeting will be at Village Hall on June 15, 2015 at 5:30pm.
Motion to Adjourn
Robyn Stecklein made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Jessi Watkins. The motion passed unanimously.
