80th Birthday Celebration Open House Events Messenger Library
The Messenger Public Library Board of Trustees and Staff invite the residents of the Village of North Aurora to their Library’s 80th Birthday Party Open House Celebration on Sunday August 6 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Here is a schedule of events for the day:
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Annual North Aurora Days Library Book Sale – Main Meeting Room – Final Day – $3 a Bag Sale
1:15 to 2:00 p.m. – Rally in Support of Libraries – Show Your Love and Support for All Libaries
1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Musical Entertainment – North Lawn of the Library
1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Windy City Ice Cream Truck West Side Employee Parking Lot
1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Cake and Refreshments – New Coffee Bar and Book Browsing Area
2:30 p.m. – Ribbon Cutting with Library Trustees – Capping off a Five Year Renovation Project
