1. Village staff would like to solicit feedback from the Development Committee on the North Aurora Tax Increment Financing Grant Program (NATIFGP) guidelines.
2. TIF Façade Grant request for the property located at 141 S. Lincolnway (Law Offices of Ruth Stelzman).
3. TIF Façade Grant request for the property located at 153 S. Lincolnway (Cremer Guitarworks).
4. Village staff would like to solicit feedback from the Development Committee relative to Zoning Ordinance text amendments involving the Motor Vehicle Repair and/or Service use in the O-R-I Research and Light Industrial District.
