Provide residents and business owners with a sufficient quantity and the highest quality water service for both domestic use and fire protection.
The Village of North Aurora Water Department strives to maintain and improve infrastructure while, at the same time, prepare for future water demand. The water supply for the village starts from five (5) deep wells and travels through a network of approximately ninety-two (92) miles of distribution main and two water treatment plants. The Village maintains the water main, fire hydrants, service connections from the main to the B-Box, and the water meter. The Water Department operates out of the Village Hall and two water treatment plants with four (4) employees.
Questions or concerns may be directed to the Utility Billing Specialist or Water Superintendent at the North Aurora Village Hall.
