Messenger Public Library of North Aurora Illinois will offer in-building service beginning 1:00 p.m. Thursday January 21st now that our region has achieved Tier 2 status.
Because COVID-19 still impacts our daily lives, the Library must follow guidelines from the State of Illinois for reopening (see below for more detail) we continue to follow recommendations from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Drop in to visit us in person for GRAB and GO Services:

* check out materials
* use a computer (available first-come, first serve)
Monday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. [Beginning Saturday, January 30, 2021 – hours increase to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.]
CLOSED: Sundays and Wednesdays
[Beginning Wednesday February 17 we will be open 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays].
Limited to Only Saturday hours. (Due to staffing shortage to provide both in house and curbside at the same time.
For your safety, we will require masks throughout your stay. Reduced building capacity to allow for social distancing, increase our building cleaning and disinfection schedule, and place hand sanitizer throughout the Library for your convenience.
