Messenger Public Library Returning to Curbside Services


MESSENGER LIBRARY RETURNS TO CURBSIDE ONLY SERVICES DUE TO TIER 2 COVID RESTRICTIONS

In order to promote the safety of the community and reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Messenger Public Library of North Aurora (113 Oak St.) will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020. The library will be returning to Curbside e Holds Pickup Service during the following hours: Mondays and Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The library is no longer open to the public for inside “Grab and Go” services until further notice.

Curbside Pickup Service is available and allows patrons to reserve library materials via the online catalog on the library website. Curbside takes place in the west employee parking lot. Drive up Book returns are located on the west side of the Library.

Though the building is closed to the public, the library will continue to provide the best services possible. The community is encouraged to use the library‘s online resources including eBooks, downloadable audiobooks and databases for homework help.
